Synopsis

To acquire more fame, Libra (as Shepard) becomes a published author, and everyone is nuts for his book. However, when fame becomes too much, Libra Scales erupts and battles with Mega Man. In order to avoid defeat, the two Libras (fire and water) realize they require each other for Libra's full potential, the two reunite before escaping. (Source: Wikipedia)
