Synopsis

Emilia confronts her past, as Echidna takes out pain of being rejected earlier by insulting the princess, during the trial. Thankfully, Echidna's nature to answer questions makes her more helpful than burdensome despite her best efforts. Outside, Ryuzu Meyer recounts what the sanctuary was before it held that title. The tragedy of Emilia's past is painted with clarity as her memories return. Old faces are made fresh as if seeing them for the first time. She had to lose to remember and now knows who she's lost.
