Falling Satellite!

Synopsis

Mega Man battles with Cygnus Wing until he escapes to space where an abandoned satellite is on a crash course toward AMAKEN. Mega Man convinces Tom to give up this fight, but Cygnus still has control of his body, and they escape together. The next day, Omega-Xis convinces Geo to go to school, but after he goes off on his own out of boredom, he encounters Taurus and the two begin to battle. When Taurus becomes overpowered, he forces EM Wave Change with Bud to become Taurus Fire. (Source: Wikipedia)
